Refund and Returns Policy

At Autistic Toys Kid, we want to ensure that every purchase you make brings joy. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return your items within 14 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and with tags still attached. The products must also be in their original packaging. A proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required for us to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your order upon delivery. If your items are damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we suggest returning the original item first. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you’d like to exchange it for.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider might take additional time to finalize the refund.
